Heritage & Native Title

Austwide services include assistance in all areas involving Native Title and Aboriginal Land, by way of:

• Preparation (including negotiation) of Heritage Agreements
• Preparation for, and attendance at Tribunal Hearings
• Preparation of Land Council Proposals (NT)
• Assist in the preparation for s42 ‘on country’ meetings (NT)
• Liaison with various Land Councils, throughout Australia.
